There’s a number of apps you can use to create a branded sheet. But you can use apps like Affinity, or Procreate, even, Canva. I’ll be using my iPad, my Apple Pencil, and the app, Keynote. In this post, I am sharing how to create a branded digital sticker sheet or stickerbook that you can add your digital stickers to to either sell or give away to others who want to use your GoodNotes digital stickers. If you’re not already familiar with Elements in GoodNotes, I do have a video that goes in-depth about Elements, what they are, how to use them, when its best to use them, and some tips and tricks. The sticker creator adds their stickers to an Elements collection in GoodNotes and then shares it so you can later add it as a collection to your Elements in GoodNotes. This is, again, using GoodNotes specifically. ![]() And then similarly to using the folder, you can use this sheet to copy and paste the stickers over into your planner.Īnd then the third way, the least popular way, at least for now, is an Elements collection. This is a PDF file that was imported into GoodNotes, and then the sticker creator added those stickers on top of the sheet or stickerbook, and then exported it as a GoodNotes file for you to later add to your GoodNotes app. The second way, which is probably the most popular way in the digital planning community, is with something called precropped sticker sheets. So you can split-screen that folder and your digital planner to drag and drop the stickers over. Typically, they are all zipped in a folder together. And you can even move the stickers around if you don’t like the placement! Here's everything you need to know about digital stickers.ĭigital stickers, if you purchase them, are typically delivered in three different ways. There are decorative ones, so you can create a specific theme, or functional ones that can be used for things like appointments, tracking habits, holidays, and things like that.ĭigital stickers, however, are easily reusable and you can use them over and over again. Using stickers in your digital planner is just like using stickers in a paper planner. It does not store any personal data. One of the best things about digital planning is stickers. Click “import as new document.” Your sticker book is now saved in Goodnotes. This will open Goodnotes and it will ask you if you want to import to current document (if one is open) or import as new document. Simply download the file from Dropbox by clicking the three dots in the top right corner, then click “export,” then “open in” and find your Goodnotes icon and select that. If you purchased your stickers from me, your Dropbox link included a Goodnotes file that contains all of your stickers making using the stickers super easy. I do sell digital planner stickers in my Etsy shop which you can check out HERE. It’s super easy and fun to use stickers to personalize your digital planner. Hi guys, today I want to show you how to import and use digital stickers in a couple different planner apps you may be using: Goodnotes or Notability.
