Password protection for Device Management.The Quick Setup guides you through the basic settings for the AirServer Connect 2: You can then type the IP address shown in the instructions into your browser to start the Quick Setup. If the AirServer Connect 2 is not connected using an Ethernet cable, you must first connect a computer or a mobile device to the Guest Wi-Fi shown in the Guest Access section on the on-screen menu. Once the Device Management page has loaded, type in the setup PIN to get started. Type in the IP address shown in the instructions and at the bottom left of the homescreen. If the AirServer Connect 2 is connected to a network using an Ethernet cable, Quick Setup can be done through a web browser on a computer or mobile device on the same network. To start the configuration follow the on-screen instructions. Turn on AirServer Connect 2 by pressing the power button. The USB ports can be used for connecting a touchscreen. The front of the device has a power button and a power indicator light as well as two USB ports that are covered. Note that AirServer Connect 2 works using Wi-Fi or without network connectivity, but we recommend Ethernet for optimal performance. On the back of the device, plug in an HDMI cable (A), Ethernet cable (B) and the power supply (C). These screws are fastened to the bottom of the AirServer Connect. Two screws for attaching the AirServer Connect to the VESA mount are included. The VESA mount hole spacing is 75 x 75 mm and 100 x 100 mm. The adapters snap into place and can be removed by pressing down on the tab on the adapter and pushing the adapter away from the cable. The power supply comes with adapters for Europe (Schuko), UK (BS 1363), North America (NEMA 1-15P) and Australia (AS/NZS 3112).
